What is limited is the quantity, not the scope. That is a question of cost on our side, not a sales trick: an uncapped trial costs us up to €60 instead of around €4.
If the quota is not enough, tell us. You get more, straight away. For us that is a buying signal, not a problem.

The most common reason a trial fizzles out is not a lack of time. It is a step where someone gets stuck and does not ask.
Account plus appointment
The access email contains two suggested times for the kick-off call. No form, no hunting for a date – you reply with one word.
Kick-off call, 45 minutes
Together through the four essential steps: sender mailbox, legal texts, first contacts, first campaign. The wizard leads, we sit alongside. After that the system is usable.
We keep an eye on it
The setup wizard derives progress from the actual state of the system. If it stands still for two days, you get a short personal email about exactly the step where things are stuck.
Phone call
Not “do you want to buy?”, but “what are you still missing?”. If something is missing, that is the more valuable answer for us.
Nothing locks after day 14. Your account switches to read-only mode. You can reach all data and export it in full – even if you decide against us. No sooner than 60 days after the trial ends we delete the trial installation; we tell you beforehand. The end of the trial should not become a threat.
At most ten trials at the same time. With number eleven, the kick-off call would become a chore and lose its purpose. If all places are taken right now, we give you a date – no waiting list without a date.

Questions about the trial
Do I need a credit card?
No. We do not ask for payment details, and nothing turns into a subscription automatically. After fourteen days you decide actively – or not at all, in which case nothing happens.
Do I get access immediately?
Within one working day. We set up your installation by hand, because the trial includes a kick-off call and we support at most ten at a time. Access at three in the morning without support would be faster and achieve less.
Can I write to real customers during the trial?
Yes – up to 50 recipients per send. That is expressly encouraged: a test with invented contacts proves nothing. Please bear in mind that under § 7 of the German Act against Unfair Competition (UWG), unsolicited advertising emails to businesses are risky even in B2B without consent. Consent and unsubscribe are built in.
Can I build a real customer website during the trial?
Yes, one – complete, with its own domain, legal texts and export. If you buy afterwards, it simply keeps running. If not, you take it with you as a package and put it on any ordinary web space.
What happens to my data if I don't buy?
From day 14 it is in read-only mode for another 60 days, so you can export at your leisure. You receive advance notice before deletion. After that we delete your installation completely, including the backups in the usual cycle. On request we delete earlier and confirm it in writing.
